Wingate by Wyndham Humble/Houston Intercontinental Airport

Breakfast was pretty good. We loved the pancake maker. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Waffle House was right next door which was a treat. Walmart is just minutes away. Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful.

THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY JOHN TREATED YOU LIKE FAMILY. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY HAD ALWAYS KNOWN YOU. JOHN WENT WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS GOOD, NO PROBLEMS AND SAFETY WAS A PRIORITY. HE TOOK THE TIME TO VISIT WITH YOU AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE CAME TO THE AIRPORT TO PICK ME UP TO TAKE ME BACK TO HOTEL. HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND FRIENDLY AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE YOUR STAY THERE WAS ACCOMMODATING AND FELT LIKE A HOME INSTEAD OF A HOTEL. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, NICE BREAKFAST AREA AND CHOICES OF FOOD. I WILL LOOK FORWARD STAYING THERE AGAIN IF I AM EVER RETURN IN TO THE AREA. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN AND YOUR INCREDIBLE STAFF. ALWAYS BE YOURSELF AND NEVER CHANGE.

I had a lovely time at this establishment. From the moment I arrived at the airport till moment I left, I experienced exceptional customer service. The Shuttle service was exceptional. I met the Hotel Manager. He was personable and very polite. I believe his name was Ronney. Lady W checked me in. She very kind and welcoming. My room was amazing. It very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The bed was super comfortable. I sleep in quite a bit due to this. My stay was also very peaceful. There was not a lot of noise at all. I thought I was the only person on floor at first. It was just that quiet. The hotel was located in perfect spot. Waffle House was literally next door. GREAT food and customer service. I was able to Uber to and about from this hotel. I was 15 minutes from the Airport. I was 15 minutes from the Mall and 28 minutes from downtown Houston. The Uber was not too terribly expensive. Next time,I visit I will utilize Uber more. My stay at this establishment was a 4.9 out of 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed, this hotel exceed my expectations. Cleanliness 100% Generosity from every employee 100% They have free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Big room, with a microwave and refrigerator. Delicious complete breakfast. I would definitely book here again.

It's close to the airport. I reserved this hotel in the last minute, and luckily there were some rooms available. I just needed one night to stay before I flew out to Europe. The room is spacious and comfy.
